For short runtime, ensure the battery is fully charged and try using a lower power setting. If the vacuum won't charge, check that the power adapter is firmly connected and that the wall outlet is working. If the issue continues, please email support@vactidy.com for assistance.

Why has the suction power of my V9 Pro vacuum become weak?

Weak suction is often caused by a full dustbin, clogged filters, or a low power setting. Please empty the dustbin, clean all filters, and check that all components are sealed properly. For persistent issues, contact support@vactidy.com.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

Simply contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. If your package hasn't left our warehouse, we'll cancel it for you. If it's already on the way, you can refuse the delivery. Once the package is delivered, you'll need to follow our return process, which may involve a return shipping fee.
