 Please follow these steps carefully to connect your W9:

  1. Preparation: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi network and you have downloaded the "Vactidy" app.
  2. Setup: Place the vacuum on its powered charging dock.
  3. Enter Pairing Mode: Long-press the power button on the vacuum until you hear a sound indicating it has entered Wi-Fi pairing mode.
  4. Connect in App: In the Vactidy app, select your home Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Please ensure the password is between 8-12 characters long for a successful connection.
  5. Finalize Connection: Your phone will prompt you to connect to a vacuum hotspot named "Vactidy-XXXX". Connect to it and immediately return to the app to wait for the final connection to complete.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • If the "Vactidy-XXXX" hotspot does not appear, please double-check your steps, ensure you are using a 2.4GHz network, and avoid operating too frequently. You can also try using your mobile phone's hotspot for the setup process.
